Prompt design & reusable workflows

Prompts your team can reuse with context.

I turn a defined business task into reusable instructions with clear inputs, constraints, output formats and review criteria. Representative examples help show what the prompt is intended to do and where a person still needs to check the result.

Start with your task

What you can hand over.

Examples of work we can scope together. The source material and intended result determine the approach.

Reusable task prompts

Define inputs, audience, tone, examples, constraints and an output format for research, extraction, content or images.

At handover A task-specific prompt library with usage instructions and review criteria.

Improve inconsistent outputs

Audit an existing prompt, test representative examples and document what still requires human judgement.

At handover Revised prompts, test notes and limitations; no promise of identical or error-free results.

Documented content workflows

Organize multi-step drafting, brand-voice guidance, FAQs, process documents or knowledge-base templates.

At handover Reusable instructions and reviewed drafts. Production agents, APIs and model training are outside this offer.

A useful fit

What the work includes.

For teams repeating a research, drafting, classification, or content task and needing a documented way to guide and review AI output.

  • Reusable prompts or a small prompt library organized around specific tasks.
  • Input templates, example outputs, and a documented sequence for multi-step work.
  • Sample tests, known limitations, and a practical human-review checklist.

Scope boundaries

A prompt workflow is a documented sequence, not an implied API integration or autonomous agent. Results vary by inputs and model behavior. Complex automation, chatbot deployment, model training, and integrations are outside this offer.

Inspect the workflow

Self-initiated demonstrations with synthetic data, created to make the process and deliverables inspectable.

A clear starting point

What to include in your brief.

  • The task, model or tool you use, and recurring input types.
  • Examples of a useful output and outcomes to avoid.
  • Constraints, tone, source rules, and review criteria.

Start with a description. Please don’t send passwords, tokens, private contact lists, or full client datasets through the enquiry form.

From brief to handover

How we can approach it.

  1. Break the task into inputs, instructions, and acceptance criteria.
  2. Draft the prompt structure and examples.
  3. Test representative inputs and refine weak points.
  4. Hand over reusable instructions, test notes, and review guidance.

Useful to know

Before you send the brief.

What makes a prompt reusable?

A clear input format, task boundaries, examples, and review rules make it easier to apply consistently. Reuse still requires checking that the context and model remain suitable.

Does a multi-step workflow run automatically?

Not unless separately specified and confirmed. This service can document steps a person follows; it does not imply APIs, connected systems, or autonomous agents.

Do you guarantee identical outputs?

No. Tests show how a prompt behaved on representative examples, not a guarantee for every future input. The handover includes limits and checks.

Your next step

Tell me what a useful result looks like.

Share the task, your current tools, and any constraints. I’ll review the brief and let you know how I can help.
