# Enquiry to next step — operating handover

Self-initiated documentation sample · 2026-09-21

## Purpose
Help Waseet turn a first enquiry into a useful scoping conversation. The ten service categories reflect the real portfolio. Twelve authored scenarios and five templates demonstrate the method; they are not real private enquiries.

## Process
1. Read the task, existing inputs and intended outcome.
2. Match a confirmed service or keep the request as Other / Not sure.
3. Ask one useful question from the triage register.
4. Have the owner review scope, access and unresolved questions.
5. Personalize a response and confirm the next step.

## Quality rules
- Never invent prices, availability, credentials or turnaround guarantees.
- Request only the necessary authorized or redacted sample.
- Keep passwords, keys and unrelated personal data out of initial correspondence.
- Escalate specialist work outside the confirmed offer.
- A suggested response is not permission to send.
- Preserve opt-outs and contact history in the actual owner workflow.

## Review
All 12 scenarios have a distinct ID, first question, output and owner review state. The set covers the ten services, one outside-scope request and one ambiguous request. Templates make no fixed-price or delivery guarantee. This review does not test real mailbox delivery or autonomous classification.
